We stayed at the Hotel Lanai for a week and a half this past March during the winter season. I have nothing much to say except the service was very good and the food at the restaurant that is in the hotel was excellent. We did have a complaint about a smell in the room and it was immediately taken care of. We did not like being charged for parking but everyone does that these days and especially in Hawaii. The rooms are decent size for the type of hotel and you get a lot of towels and toiletries which is quite useful.
