State Of California Criminal Records Checks Protect Our Neighborhood
Reference July 15th. 2009, 10:13amWe live in a mixed use neighborhood. There are mostly single family dwellings but intermixed among them are apartment houses and commercial buildings. We are not always excited about some of the people that rent the apartments and there are a few that have made us uneasy when the hang around the corners. We have had to do state of California criminal records checks on more than one of them to determine if they are sex offenders and are living too close to a public school. We feel that this is necessary in order to protect our families and the neighborhood.
