I’ve always felt really strongly about staying home with my kids. My own mom went to school and worked for most of my childhood and I remember how chaotic that was. I did, however, want to be able to do some work to contribute to our family’s finances. My friend told me about medical billing and coding courses and how they were already using this to make some money working at home. I looked into it and was able to complete the training and start doing the work. I was surprised at how easy it was to fit into my schedule and I didn’t even have to leave my kids.
