As announced at convention, we will be shipping all Open House orders so that they will arrive within two business days of being physically shipped from our location.  (This means that most Open House orders will now be shipped express.  Open House orders shipping to locations closer to the UL home office may still ship UPS Ground if this service allows the package to arrive within two business days.) 

This new shipping procedure benefits you as well as your future guests and Hostesses.  Not only will your Upper Case Living Open House guests be excited to get their expressions sooner, but those who want to become future Hostesses will be able to more quickly prepare their homes for their own Open Houses.  (Order types other than “Open House” will continue to ship via regular UPS ground shipping.) 

This two business day shipping process will apply to all Open House orders that enter “Shipped” status after 6:00 p.m. on August 31st (MDT).  (Remember that the first business day after August 31st is Tuesday, September 4th.  If your Open House order enters “Shipped” status over the Labor Day weekend, it will actually ship on the next business day, which is Tuesday September 4th, and will arrive on or before Thursday, September 6th.)
