As you return to your normal routine and friends stop fussing over you, you’ll really feel his absence, and may get kind of depressed like not wanting to get out of bed. Well, motivate yourself by thinking that you haven’t lost anything but instead it’s him who lost a precious jewel.

Remember that if he hurt you ‘cause of emotional infidelity even once he can always do it again. Overcome this feeling of sadness by getting back into the activities you loved before you met him. You may have to force yourself at first like for the first week, but you will eventually have fun and be able to get your mind off him.
