I was looking at a diamond to buy the other day at the local Zales Diamond Outlet for my girlfriend of 3 years.  I’m hoping to propose to her in the next few months, so I have started my diamond research  now.  The diamond I liked the most was some special cut they have, I forgot the name.  Anyway, this specific diamond was a G color diamond with VS2 clarity grade.  The cut was graded “Excellent” by the IGI (international gem institute).  Also, the diamond had some special certificate called brilliantscope that’s supposed to measure how much light is returned.  Oh, and I forgot to mention that the diamond has Medium Blue Diamond Fluorescence.
