I was at work trying to do the work that my boss pays me to do when the phone rang.  It was my wife and she was hysterical about something.  I finally got her calmed down enough to tell me that our house was full of bugs.  She did not know what kind they were or where they were coming from, just that they were in the house.   I told her I could not do anything about it myself but would call Pest Control Brisbane.   I was confident that they would have someone out there to take care of the problem before I could get home.
