I started going to the gym for two reasons.  I wanted a work out that would get rid of some of the excess body fat that I was carrying around and I wanted to build up my body strength with the hope of increasing my endurance.  It seemed like they were realistic goals and I set out to accomplish them.   Once I had started,  I decided to help the process by improving my diet.   I added the sus500 tabs to my daily intake and then I really began to see and feel the difference.  It was a whole new experience in working out. With the right amount of dedication to exercise and the right supplements anything is possible.
