I frequently get mouth sores, which I really hate. It usually happens when I accidentally bite the inside of my cheek. It’s really disappointing because it hurts when I talk and smile. And what’s frustrating is that I can’t eat, which is the only thing that I love to do. I asked my grandma how to treat mouth sores. She told me she gets mouth sores at least once a month. And my mother and my aunts, too. She told me to gurgle with salt and water solution. It’s just salt mixed with warm water, which reminds me of saline solution used in lap band surgery. It is the solution that is injected to the balloon.
