Are you a gym rat, someone who hangs out at the local gym, expecting something good to happen? If you are, maybe you just want to make some friends. That’s a legitimate quest.

But if you are going to the gym as part of a weight loss program, then I fear that just going to the gym will not help.

Obviously you actually have to do some work there. And you must keep track of what you are doing, because you must gradually increase your activity if you are going to get in good shape. You will also have to use some kind of diet plan if you are not already. So stop gabbing and get going!
