A fat burning workout is a great thing. These days I love then but this was not always the case. Back before I started working out on a consistent basis, I absolutely hated to workout and you certainly would never find me in a gym. The simple thought of working out made me feel bad and this would re-enforce the belief that working out was painful. I didn’t even have to do it and it made me feel bad. How ridiculous is that? It wasn’t until I started to focus on the joy of feeling great and having an abundance of energy that I started to take my workout sessions seriously and do them on a daily basis.
