· Eat the right foods and avoid all the wrong foods. Take as much fruits and vegetables as possible. Avoid all sugary foods, oily food and packaged food.
· Avoid sodas, alcohol and all caffeinated drinks.
· Take 6 short meals instead of having 2 major meals. Fix your time for taking these meals and be sure that you do not miss even a single one.
· Increase your daily water consumption and drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.
30 minutes exercise need to be done every day.
