I have finally come to a point in my life that I am willing to do anything to improve my health and lose some of the excess weight I carry around.  I have started going to a nutritionist that is really helping me.  I never had any energy, but that is changing now.  The nutritionist has been teaching me about the value of nutrient dense foods.  The nutrient to calories ratio of these foods is low.  there are lots of nutrients per calories, which means you get more for your money so to speak. I have learned how valuable these are for good health.
