1. V – Up’s
Make use of a mat, if you have one, to do this exercise because you want to be as comfortable as possible. Begin by laying on your back.
While holding your feet and arm together, raise both of them as straight as possible.
Maintain this position for three to five seconds and make sure your back is as straight as you can keep it.
As you slowly breathe out, slowly bring both your arms and legs back down to the floor.

Utilizing only your hip flexors and abdominal muscles, keep your legs together as you slowly raise them straight up into the air.
Keep you lower back as straight as possible, and hold up for 3 to 5 seconds.
Lower your legs down to the starting position, while you exhale slowly.
Repeat 10 – 12 times
3. Reverse Crunches
Start by laying flat on your back with your hands under your buttocks, you may also use a mat, as this may feel more comfortable.
Bring your legs straight up to a vertical position while you make sure your back stays as straight as possible. As you are doing this, tighten your ab muscles so that the middle of your body is rigid.
Slowly and steadily lower one leg, so your foot is a few inches from the ground. Keep your leg in that position for a couple of seconds and then slowly bring it all the way down to the floor. Alternating each leg.
You should perform 15 repetitions with each of your legs.
