It is that time of the year where people are busy making new resolutions and one of the main common resolutions is to lose weight. For those who are not lucky enough to spend a little bit extra on a gym membership, there are other ways for you to lose weight. Walking is one of it. As said by fat loss for idiots, there is no better of burning calories than walking. All you need is a pair of good sneakers and perhaps someone to walk with so that a 30 minute walk seems like a breeze. If you don’t have anyone to walk with, take your iPod with you and before you know it, you have walked long enough to burn a lot of calories.
