There are only two states that require all persons no matter rather you are a doctor or a nurse, to have a phlebotomy certification. These two states include California and Louisiana. In all of the other states, the only time that you absolutely need this type of certification is if you are actually applying for a job with the title of phlebotomy. I’ve always felt really strongly about staying home with my kids. My own mom went to school and worked for most of my childhood and I remember how chaotic that was. I did, however, want to be able to do some work to contribute to our family’s finances. My friend told me about medical billing and coding courses and how they were already using this to make some money working at home. I started working shortly afterwards at a local nursing home. There I met a friend who told me the nursing home where we were both employed had a class for CNAs there at a fracture of the cost and time. She took the class and enjoyed it very much. So before you spend a lot time and money in a course at a CNA school, check out the local nursing homes to see if they offer CNA classes.  CNA schools can be a great career start.  Good luck!

A couple of months ago, I was having dinner with my fiance at a nice restaurant in the city, and out of no where, she started asking me questions about different faith groups.  She wanted to know everything that I knew about the mormon doctrine.  When I asked her what brought on this curiosity, she told me that she had been watching the show “Big Love” on HBO, and it has gotten her interested in finding out more about what the mormon people actually believe.  I told her that there were some books at the library that we could pick up if she wanted to.

My husband has been working on remodelling our bathrooms on the weekends when he’s not at work.  He has ripped out a ton of stuff that’s piled in the front of the house.  He has been asking me to call for a skip, but I have been too busy at work to make any phone calls.  He was getting a little upset until I found a skip hire that let me make the arrangements online.  The skip is supposed to be delivered early Saturday morning and picked up on the following weekend.  I think I am going to do some spring cleaning while its here.
