When my company entered this new phase of development, we needed to get quite a bit done in a very small amount of time. So we hired a team of project management consultants to help us stay on track. At first, I wasn’t sure hiring them was such a good idea. We were spending a large amount of money on them up front, and I wasn’t sure we would get our money back out. However, I was wrong. We did great in our new phase, coming out on top of the market. I’m glad our company did so well, and I know it’s thanks to our consultants and their excellent management skills.
