It has gotten so hard to keep track of our inventory. People are not good about noting when something comes in or goes out, so we never know exactly what we have or don’t have. This has been causing some major problems, and I want to do something about it. Can anyone tell me which inventory management technology options work the best for small to medium sized businesses? I want to automate things a bit to hopefully make it easier for people to do their jobs. We are going to put in place (and enforce) some new rules then in regards to inventory.
