Hospital Provides a Morale Boost by Holding a Service Recognition Awards Ceremony
Business August 23rd. 2009, 2:31amWorking as a nurse in a large hospital can find many employees feeling as though they are lost in the shuffle. With all comings and goings of a number of employees, those that dedicate their lives to one facility deserve recognition. That is why when our hospital held employee service recognition awards the turn out was incredible. One cannot express what an employee morale and confidence booster this program was. It gave many of us ‘old timers’ a sense of being a necessary spoke in this amazingly large wheel. The recognition and gifts were a wonderful lift and have many employees talking about long term contracts.
