Mike wrote me last week and told me that a couple months ago, his car gave out on him because it had a bad transmission. Something in the clutch plate area threw some metal around the trans and ended up with metal shavings all throughout the transmission fluid. Totally wrecked his car because he didn’t have three grand to pay to have it rebuilt. He’s got really bad credit and if things haven’t changed in the last 10 years, in order to buy a car with poor credit you have to have a down payment of a couple thousand too. Dont’ know how that’s going to work out.
